Running a successful Real Estate Company that has sold over 2,000 homes to date is a tough job.  However, our office manager handles the job with flying colors.  Although she can't type, answer phones, or negotiate deals, she has a knack for being in charge.  Sure, she may take a break once in a while for a little cat nap, and she may find it necessary to sit on exactly what you're working on, but she is well on her way to becoming Team Kerper's vice president.
